Role Overview:
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the management and execution of new machinery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and monitor ongoing progress.
  • Engage in international travel to collaborate with suppliers for machine validation and training purposes.
  • Possess a valid UK/Irish/EU passport and/or full residency for travel requirements.

Your duties will include:

  • Regularly visiting customer sites and suppliers for technical training, machine acceptance evaluations, and addressing specific inquiries or orders.
  • Participating in project review meetings to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Utilizing the internal ERP system to manage new machinery orders, including issuing purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Maintaining effective communication with third parties, sub-suppliers, and on-site teams through various channels, including in-person visits and virtual platforms.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the domestic and international logistics of machinery delivery and collection.
  • Managing the financial aspects of multiple projects to ensure contract profitability.
  • Tracking the commercial progress of new machinery projects and managing timelines to meet project deadlines.
  • Employing Microsoft tools such as Teams, Project, Word, and Excel for project management and documentation.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience (candidates with engineering or packaging backgrounds are encouraged to apply).

• Engineering knowledge
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM

Work Schedule:
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
