Power Electronics Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at Murata Power Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge power converter solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop DC/DC and AC/DC converters to meet customer specifications, ensuring high-quality and reliable products.
- Conduct detailed design analysis, including circuit simulation, component stress analysis, and MTBF calculations to ensure optimal product performance.
- Lead design verification and qualification testing, ensuring products meet electrical, EMC, mechanical, and environmental performance standards.
- Collaborate with production and test engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product efficiency.
- Troubleshoot design issues and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including BOMs and drawings, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide technical support to customers, sales, and production teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging power electronics technologies to drive innovation and growth.
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in power electronics design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Proficiency in circuit simulation and design tools, such as SPICE and CAD software.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and testing procedures, including oscilloscopes and signal generators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
