Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice and the Trust's policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, utilizing evidence-based practice and research to inform decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with NMC pin and recent evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Experience in the relevant specialty, with a strong understanding of current clinical and professional issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain and improve standards of care, challenging unacceptable behavior or practice in a professional context.
