The ideal candidate will have recent experience in the relevant speciality, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and a commitment to delivering exceptional standards of care. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • To admit patients for surgery and deliver pre and post-operative nursing care, ensuring a smooth transition for patients throughout their care journey.
  • To work effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded in a timely and legible manner.
  • To participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care programs, working closely with senior nursing staff and specialist nurses to ensure that high standards of care are maintained.
  • To communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, providing clear and concise information and responding to concerns and queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
