Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at FMG Repair Services. As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Bodyshop, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare job cards and files as necessary, maintaining an efficient and effective system for associated paperwork.
  • Provide vehicle progress reports to customers as requested.
  • Arrange and allocate courtesy cars for customers.
  • Collect payment from customers on completion of the job, adhering to banking and security arrangements.
  • Liaise between customers, the Bodyshop, and third-party providers to ensure a first-class service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in the workshop and across functional areas to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer-facing experience with strong administration and IT skills.
  • A full UK manual driving license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
