About Us: We are a franchised motor dealership looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to work with our customers and provide exceptional service. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Working with our technicians to ensure efficient and effective repairs
- Managing customer expectations and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a franchised motor dealership or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum, OTE £35k +++ (uncapped)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm (rotating shifts)
