Role Overview:

In this vital role, you'll be responsible for upholding and enhancing health, safety, environmental, and quality standards within a leading renewable energy company. There will be a focus on compliance and quality, requiring an understanding and modern approach towards quality from a corporate environment. From a Health & Safety perspective, it will involve conducting thorough inspections and audits, and spearheading incident investigations, identifying root causes, and enhancing communication throughout on all things QHSE.

This role demands a proactive approach to quality assurance, a commitment to safety, and an ability to foster a culture of excellence and compliance with standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
  2. Investigate incidents and identify root causes to prevent future occurrences.
  3. Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QHSE standards are integrated into all aspects of the business.
  5. Provide training and support to employees on QHSE standards and procedures.
