Role Overview:
In this vital role, you'll be responsible for upholding and enhancing health, safety, environmental, and quality standards within a leading renewable energy company. There will be a focus on compliance and quality, requiring an understanding and modern approach towards quality from a corporate environment. From a Health & Safety perspective, it will involve conducting thorough inspections and audits, and spearheading incident investigations, identifying root causes, and enhancing communication throughout on all things QHSE.
This role demands a proactive approach to quality assurance, a commitment to safety, and an ability to foster a culture of excellence and compliance with standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
- Investigate incidents and identify root causes to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QHSE standards are integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Provide training and support to employees on QHSE standards and procedures.
