In this vital role, you'll be responsible for upholding and enhancing health, safety, environmental, and quality standards within a leading renewable energy company. From a Health & Safety perspective, it will involve conducting thorough inspections and audits, and spearheading incident investigations, identifying root causes, and enhancing communication throughout on all things QHSE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to QHSE standards.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QHSE considerations are integrated into business operations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on QHSE policies and procedures.
