Key Responsibilities:
- Warm Patient Welcome: Greet patients warmly, verify their details, and provide clear explanations of the phlebotomy procedure to ensure a positive experience.
- Clerical Support: Manage clerical responsibilities, including coordinating appointment bookings and maintaining adequate stock levels of essential materials to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Venous Blood Sampling: Collect and maintain venous blood samples from patients with precision and care.
- Healthcare Support: Provide valuable support to patients and customers on the healthcare counter, offering informed advice on healthcare products and services.
- Training and Development: Complete an NVQ2 Healthcare training programme to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Phlebotomy Experience: Previous experience as a Phlebotomist is desirable, but we will consider applicants without experience and provide full training.
