**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a strategic mindset, and a passion for the education sector. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, attract prospective students, and support our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Work closely with team members to create engaging content.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

**Requirements**

  • Educated to degree level (preferable in marketing or management).
  • At least one year of experience in marketing.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
