This is a newly created role due to significant business growth and part of a significant recruitment drive for the business. Reporting to the Account Director, this is an opportunity to join an agency with a strong reputation, service driven and you will be responsible for strategically leading a portfolio of clients and delivering best in class local marketing activities for high profile brands within their specialism.
This is a critical hire for the organisation and a truly great time to join with big ambitions for the company and a track record to back up their expectations for this growth to continue. With a strong senior management team, there is clear evidence that this is an organisation that likes to promote from within.
To be considered for the role you will require the following skills and experience:
- Clear track record of success operating in a senior marketing manager position either client or agency side.
- Local marketing and track record experience of driving footfall to local sites.
- Strong interpersonal skills and would enjoy building relationships with key clients.
- Integrated marketing background essential for this role as you will be working with clients on both online and offline activity.
- Can get to the office two to three days a week.
- Highly creative in approach.
- Well organised and well versed in spinning lots of plates and working in a fast paced working environment.
