We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our operations at Jones Bootmaker. This role is a permanent full-time position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Compensation, Work Hours & Benefits for our Store Manager
Up to £32,000 annually

Key Responsibilities as our Store Manager
- Enhance the performance of your store by making sound commercial decisions and collaborating with your area manager and head office to ensure timely product availability for optimal sales.
- Lead your team in fostering a customer-first culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable product advice to deliver the best customer experience.
- Inspire and develop yourself and your team to meet and exceed KPIs and realize your full potential.
- Cultivate self-awareness, embracing the opportunity to learn and take accountability for both personal and store performance.
- Embody the Pavers ethos, consistently leading by example.
