Compensation, Work Hours & Benefits for our Retail Operations Manager
Up to £32,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities as our Retail Operations Manager
- Enhance the performance of your store by making informed commercial decisions, collaborating with your area manager and head office teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time to maximize sales.
- Lead your team in fostering a customer-first culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products to deliver the best customer service and experience.
- Inspire and develop yourself and your team to meet and exceed KPIs, unlocking your full potential.
