We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our Harrogate shop, driving sales and fostering community connections. As the heart and soul of our shop, you will be responsible for working towards sales targets, building strong relationships with customers and volunteers, and ensuring efficient operations.
As a Shop Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about animal welfare and committed to making a difference in our community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sales and inventory to maximize profits
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and volunteers
- Ensuring efficient operations and adherence to retail standards
Our Harrogate shop is a vibrant hub that supports our mission to care for animals in need. As a Shop Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of animals and people in our community.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager who is passionate about animal welfare and committed to making a difference. You will have a background in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Retail management experience
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive sales
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good IT skills and basic understanding of finance
