Compensation, Hours & Benefits for our Retail Operations Manager
Up to £32,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities as our Retail Operations Manager
- Enhance store performance by making informed commercial decisions and collaborating with your area manager and head office teams to ensure optimal product availability.
- Guide your team in establishing a customer-first culture, providing genuine, knowledgeable, and honest advice on our products to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Encourage and develop both yourself and your team to meet and exceed KPIs and realize your full potential.
- Maintain self-awareness, being open to questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for your performance and that of your store.
