Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Omega, part of the Staffline Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough examinations of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and develop plans for maintenance and improvement.
  • Carry out planned and preventative maintenance tasks to agreed schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the development of mini-projects to improve plant performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • ONC - Multi-skilled Engineering or equivalent qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or maintenance, or similar manufacturing experience.
  • HND or HNC diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, or Chemicals industry experience is highly desirable.
