Our global Distribution team is responsible for delivering our customers the products they love, efficiently, and sustainably, all over the world. We've made a significant investment in our automation technology at our 900,000 sq ft Castle Donington Distribution Centre and because of this we now need a Multi Skilled Engineer to support our team's efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure everything runs efficiently onsite, and carry out reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance on both our electrical and mechanical automated equipment.
  • Using information from different sources and systems, analyse the data to identify under-performing equipment, striving to improve reliability and performance through continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis.
  • Work with a team of Engineers, Inspections Technicians and Senior Engineers to resolve reactive breakdowns, carry out planned preventative and corrective maintenance in a highly automated environment.
  • Develop yourself and others with the support of our onsite Training Team.

Requirements
  • Multi-skilled, and be able to provide evidence of recognised training in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
  • Engineering experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment or similar and have previously a recognised Apprenticeship in an appropriate Engineering field.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of CMMS systems/databases and comfortable working at heights of 25 metres.
