About Us

Level X is a leading entertainment and leisure company in the UK, operating multiple venues across three brands: Lane7, Level X, and Gutterball. The Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our team and take responsibility for all aspects of managing our site. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, developing their team through coaching and training, and running a large, multi-faceted business with multiple revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the safe and effective operation of the site and its team.
  • Uphold our high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Participate in all areas of the operation, including gaming, food, beverage, events, sport, and labor, while maintaining required standards of operation.
  • Be fully accountable for all processes and procedures within the business, from daily transactions to inventory management.
  • Create a team-focused environment that encourages a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior management role in the leisure, hospitality, or food and beverage sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create a sense of fun and excitement in the workplace.
