Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in Nottingham. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for business development and attracting new accounts, developing and maintaining relationships in your niche specialist market, and delivering search solutions at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business development and attracting new accounts
  • Developing and maintaining relationships in your niche specialist market
  • Delivering search solutions at the highest level
  • Sourcing and actively headhunting senior candidates for clients worldwide
  • Discussing individual candidate needs and providing professional advice on opportunities
  • Organising and preparing candidates for interviews
  • Providing feedback to candidates and clients following interviews
  • Discussing and negotiating job offers with successful candidates
