About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at CPJ Recruitment. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track progress, and analyze sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, preferably in the facilities services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
