As a Learning & Development Manager at ISOQAR, you will:
  • Champion our product offerings and drive improvements in performance, productivity, and quality of work through impactful learning initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of key learning programs for both field and office-based teams, managing the Academy department to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to design, develop, and deliver blended training materials that cater to various learning styles and formats (classroom, remote, online).
  • Partner with senior management to align training and development plans with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Academy team, including trainers and coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
