Key Responsibilities- Participate in childcare reviews and planning meetings to provide insights and achieve optimal outcomes for young individuals.
- Engage directly with young people, serving as a positive role model.
- Assist in creating systems that allow young individuals to voice their opinions regarding the quality of care they receive.
- Support the Registered Manager in executing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of service improvements in collaboration with frontline staff, the Registered Manager, and the Senior Management Team.
- Provide support on and off the rota to ensure adequate staffing based on the needs of young individuals.
- Ensure appropriate allocation of resources and accurate maintenance of financial records.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent).
- A solid understanding of the Ofsted framework (SCCIF).
- Knowledge of the Children Act and other relevant legislation.
- Strong team-building and supervision skills.
- A valid UK driving license is essential due to the nature of the role.
