Job Summary

We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with previous experience in complex care, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
