Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will work with individuals who require complex care and support, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
