Rushcliffe Care is a leading provider of care services, with over 30 years of experience in delivering high-quality care to vulnerable individuals. We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Epinal Way Care Centre.

The Role:

  • You will work as a key member of our care team, supporting our residents to enjoy their daily routines and promoting their physical, social, and psychological well-being.
  • Under the supervision of our qualified nurses and care team leaders, you will provide care and support to our residents, including assisting with morning routines, mealtimes, and personal care.
  • You will also be responsible for leading by example, ensuring that our company values and working practices are maintained, and providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • Experience in the care sector is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all our staff members.
  • Essential qualifications include a Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma/NVQ or working towards, and completion of the Care Certificate or relevant experience.
  • We offer flexible shift patterns, but you must be able to work Wednesday and Friday.
