Job Title: Service Design and Transition Manager

We are seeking a skilled Service Design and Transition Manager to join our team at J&C Associates. As a key member of our Global IT Recruitment team, you will be responsible for designing and transitioning services that meet the needs of our clients across the UK, Europe, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and document new services that meet business requirements and standards.
  • Ensure comprehensive support arrangements are in place for service transition.
  • Produce service designs that incorporate business requirements, wider standards, and external suppliers.
  • Transition services to live in a safe and structured manner, engaging with project teams and Enterprise Services teams.
  • Contribute to the definition of standards and continual service improvement within the Home Office's Service Architecture practice.
Requirements:
  • Experience in successful Service Design and Transition.
  • ITIL aligned Service Management experience.
  • Ability to set expectations and manage stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Experience in onboarding third-party suppliers.
  • ITIL Foundation qualification and at least 2 Intermediate ITIL Modules, ideally Service Design and Service Transition.
