About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with learning difficulties, autism, and mental health difficulties.

The successful candidate will have a post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology, be registered with the HCPC and BPS, and have experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists. You will also have a strong background in working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities and be able to work collaboratively with a range of key partners.

As a Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician, you will be responsible for facilitating MDT working, collecting and analyzing data to inform service delivery, and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures. You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy teams.
