About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with learning difficulties, autism, and mental health difficulties.

The successful candidate will have a postgraduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology, be registered with the HCPC and BPS, and have experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists. You will also have a strong background in working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities and be able to work collaboratively with a range of key partners.

As a Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician, you will be responsible for leading the clinical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. You will also be involved in the development of clinical policies and procedures, as well as contributing to the overall strategy of the service.

About the Service

Care First is a specialist service that provides support to adults with learning difficulties, autism, and mental health difficulties. Our service is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients, and we are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet their individual needs.

As a Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician, you will be working within a multidisciplinary team that includes Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy. You will be responsible for leading the clinical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, as well as contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
