Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with learning difficulties/disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties.
Our service aims to improve the quality of life for adults with complex needs, and we offer support through both practical and vocational training. You will work within the overall framework of our service policies and procedures, as well as existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures, to support the services in future development and ensure quality assurance.
About the TeamOur clinical teams help to develop empowering environments where our adults can flourish. We maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and the adults we support are heard, respected, and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible.
We strive for excellence in looking after the adults in our care, and we are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our service users. All successful applicants will be subject to social media checks and a fully enhanced DBS.
