About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with learning difficulties, autism, and mental health difficulties.

The successful candidate will have a post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology, be registered with the HCPC and BPS, and have experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists. You will also have a strong background in working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities and be able to work collaboratively with a range of key partners.

As a Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician, you will be responsible for leading a clinical team and working closely with Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy to facilitate MDT working. You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus a £3000 Welcome Bonus. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including life assurance, pension scheme, and a Flexible Benefits Platform.
