Customer Care Team Leader

As a key member of our Customer Service leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our members. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the team throughout the shift, ensuring maximum availability for our members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Confidently leading and managing the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Resolving escalated complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing regular performance reviews and feedback to direct reports, ensuring quality is maintained through personal observations and utilizing MI reports.
  • Ensuring colleagues are inspired and supported in their roles, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key skills and experience include:

  • Proven experience in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
