In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring a smooth customer service function, while also managing and supporting a team of Customer Service Advisors.

About the Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and support a team of Customer Service Advisors, providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
  • Identify and address any recurring issues that may be affecting customer satisfaction, and work with the team to implement solutions.
  • Ensure that the team is compliant with company policies and procedures, and that all actions are aligned with the company's values and mission.

What You Will Need

  • Proven customer service experience, with a track record of delivering excellent customer service.

What We Offer

The company offers a competitive salary, depending on experience, and a hybrid role with a minimum of one day per week in the Norwich office. This is a full-time, permanent role working four days a week, with one weekend shift.
