Outbound Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a talented and career-driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Customer Service Advisor. As the initial point of contact for new client enquiries, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with accountants and legal referral partners, generating new business, and providing an outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to new business enquiries to establish the position of their business and discuss the liquidation process.
  • Build relationships with accountants and legal referral partners to ensure their clients receive excellent service from us, while generating more referral business.
  • Make follow-up calls, send emails, and generate new business through warm business-lead calls.

This is a predominantly phone-based role, requiring a confident telephone manner and the ability to think creatively and use your initiative to keep track of progress with clients. You will also need to be comfortable with IT systems and able to write concise and well-structured letters and emails.

Requirements:
