Education Business Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Education Business Officer. In this role, you will provide business support for the trading of professional services in the education marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upload information about service offers to the Traded Services website
  • Act as a 'Super User' for this website, providing support by email and telephone to school and council colleagues
  • Work closely with finance to ensure that services are correctly charged for raising credit memos, amending orders, and managing the purchasing and ordering processes
