Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of projects, including site management, contractor coordination, and administrative support.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, including site managers, contractors, and administrative staff, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  3. Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities, residents, and community groups, to address concerns and ensure positive outcomes.
  5. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the construction industry.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing refurbishment projects across various sectors.
