Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Loughton

Shift: 9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri

Pay Rate: £11.79 per hour

Contract: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed and workload is prioritized appropriately to meet agreed SLAs/KPIs.
  • Accurately completing all tasks performed, including but not limited to, uploading results to the Sentinel Database and liaising with Occupational Health Physicians.
  • Using reports and dashboards to ensure that all available paperwork and results are allocated appropriately and that there are no cases on the outstanding list at the end of each day.
  • Participating in complaint investigation and audits as and when required.
  • Ensuring that standard operating procedures remain up to date and proactively contributing to process improvements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • A dynamic team player who is collaborative but leads by example.
  • IT literacy with a good level of experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
