Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Ember Inns. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in building a high-performing kitchen team that delivers exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop your team members to achieve their full potential and deliver outstanding food quality.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu plans, food ordering, and stock control procedures.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
