Lead by Example

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading by example in the kitchen, working alongside your team to provide guidance and mentorship. Your focus will be on ensuring the quality and delivery of food leaving the kitchen meet the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
  • Hotel environment or high-volume operation experience
  • Conference, banqueting & events catering experience ideal
  • Quality & standards driven with a keen eye for detail
  • People management experience
  • Strong knowledge of GP, stock control, costs and wastage

Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is a 4* hotel located in Scunthorpe, set in acres of woodland with a 27-hole championship golf course.
