About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team at The Random House Group Limited. As a key member of our Digital Experience team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and analyze the performance of our owned media channels, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on marketing activities, engagement levels, sales, and revenue, tailored for various stakeholders.
  • Lead monthly analysis and reporting, presenting performance insights to the Brand department and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Digital Marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards for teams within the Brand division and Publishing Houses as required.
Requirements
  • Recent hands-on experience in digital marketing analysis, ideally for a consumer-facing product or brand.
  • A knack for drawing meaningful insights from data.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, with a solid understanding of its technical implementation.
  • Proficiency in quantitative data, particularly being adept at combining multiple data sets to deliver comprehensive analysis.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including logical, data, text functions, and pivot tables.
  • Proven ability to produce clear, business-facing communications for a wide audience, with excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience using Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards.
