Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team at Aquent. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Campaign Optimization: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize our digital marketing campaigns and improve their effectiveness.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and measure the performance of our marketing campaigns, including metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Insight Generation: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to our marketing team to inform their strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our digital marketing campaigns are aligned with our business objectives and are executed effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on data analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Python.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
