Job Title: Pharmacist - Clinical Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Services Pharmacist. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional professional pharmacy services to our patients and customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as Responsible Pharmacist and provide support to the Senior Pharmacist and the rest of the pharmacy team.
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services, including patient counselling and medicines reconciliation.
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy services and policies.
  • Lead and manage pharmacy teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of current issues facing hospital pharmacy and the NHS.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree or equivalent in pharmacy.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Mandatory CPD to maintain fitness to practice.
  • Experience of patient counselling, audit, and medicines reconciliation.
  • Post-registration hospital experience would be an advantage.
