Position: Clinical Nurse Specialist (RGN / RMN)

£24 - £26 per hour

Role Overview:

We are thrilled to present an opportunity for skilled RMN/RGN professionals to engage with the healthcare sector across various facilities.

This role is with an agency that offers continuous work tailored to your availability. Our partners seek adaptable candidates who can work either on an ad-hoc basis or through block bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate care to individuals with mental health challenges, including:
    • Mood disorders – such as depression, OCD, and anxiety
    • Eating disorders – for both adults and adolescents
    • Substance dependencies
    • Care for the elderly
    • Support for adolescents
  • Required Qualifications:
    • NMC PIN
    • Proof of National Insurance
    • Right to work documentation
    • PMVA training – can be arranged if necessary
    • Detox training – preferred
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the UK
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Current DBS check
    • Two references covering the last three years of employment in RMN/RGN roles
  • Duties include:
    • Delivering person-centered support
    • Managing medication for patients and maintaining accurate records
    • Updating daily notes
    • Observing, monitoring, and documenting clients' physical and emotional health, reporting any changes or concerns
    • Engaging respectfully with individuals
    • Upholding the dignity and confidentiality of patients
    • Collaborating effectively within a team
    • Working independently when required
    • Aiding patients in achieving specific outcomes
    • Accompanying patients to appointments and therapy sessions as needed
