Position: Band 5 Clinical Nurse Specialist - Pre Assessment Clinic

Job Overview: Are you a committed nursing professional with outstanding communication abilities and a strong desire to enhance patient outcomes? We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to become a vital member of our Pre Assessment Clinic team. In this capacity, you will collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to evaluate patients prior to surgical interventions, ensuring they receive exemplary care. Utilizing our advanced digital assessment tools, you will significantly contribute to optimizing patients' health ahead of their procedures. Join us in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients across multiple specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients before surgery
  • Work in partnership with the multidisciplinary team to prepare patients for surgical procedures
  • Offer guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the surgical journey
  • Uphold high standards of clinical practice and patient satisfaction
  • Ensure all patient records are precise and readily available
  • Mentor and oversee junior nursing staff

Qualifications and Experience:
