Role Overview: The Principal Consultant for Services Sales plays a pivotal role in driving service sales through extensive industry expertise, strategic consulting capabilities, and exceptional relationship management.

This position entails:

  • Defining the customer journey roadmap by assessing client needs and developing tailored application landscapes and service solutions.
  • Articulating the value of the implementation strategy and steering the sales process towards successful closure.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to guarantee the delivery of superior services that align with or surpass client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute service sales strategies to bolster license expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Create service implementation estimates and statements of work that accurately reflect client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales and consulting within a SaaS services environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of service sales methodologies and processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EMEA region, particularly Europe, with an awareness of regional variances and country-specific business practices.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain robust client relationships across various organizational levels, from technical staff to C-Suite executives.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce Platform, whether from a business or technical perspective.

Work Environment: This is a hybrid position, with an expectation of working from the London office approximately 1-2 times per week. The ideal candidate will be located in the GMT time zone, covering the EMEA region, and should be open to traveling up to 10-20% of the time.
