Role Overview: The Principal Consultant for Services Sales plays a pivotal role in propelling service sales by utilizing extensive industry expertise, strategic consulting capabilities, and exceptional relationship management skills.
This position entails crafting the customer journey roadmap by assessing client needs, formulating application landscapes and service offerings, articulating the benefits of the implementation strategy, and steering the sales process to successful completion.
The Principal Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to guarantee the provision of top-tier services that fulfill or surpass client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute service sales strategies to bolster license expansion.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and sales presentations to potential clients.
- Create service implementation estimates and statements of work that align with client specifications.
- Demonstrate a proven history of successful sales and consulting within a SaaS service environment.
- Possess a robust understanding of service sales methodologies and processes.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the EMEA region, particularly Europe, including regional variances and country-specific business practices.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships across various organizational levels, from technical staff to C-Suite executives.
- Experience with the Salesforce Platform, whether in a business or technical capacity.
This position is hybrid, requiring an average of 1-2 days per week in the office.
The ideal candidate will operate within GMT time, covering the EMEA region, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office, and may require travel up to 10-20%.
