Role Overview: The Principal Consultant for Services Sales is tasked with propelling service sales through extensive industry insight, strategic consulting proficiency, and exceptional relationship management abilities.
This position entails crafting the roadmap for the customer experience by recognizing client requirements, developing application frameworks and service offerings, articulating the advantages of the implementation strategy, and steering the sales process to completion.
The Principal Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to guarantee the provision of superior services that fulfill or surpass client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute service sales strategies to facilitate license expansion.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and sales presentations to potential clients.
- Create service implementation estimates and statements of work that align with client needs.
- Demonstrate a proven history of successful sales and consulting experience within a SaaS services environment.
- Possess a robust understanding of service sales methodologies and processes.
- Have a solid understanding of the EMEA region, particularly Europe, including regional variances and country-specific business practices.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships across various organizational levels, from technical staff to C-Suite executives.
- Experience with the Salesforce Platform, whether in a business or technical capacity.
Work Environment: This is a hybrid position with the expectation of working from the London office approximately 1-2 times per week. The ideal candidate will be located in the GMT time zone, covering the EMEA region, with the flexibility to work remotely or in the office. Travel may be required up to 10-20%.
