Job Title: Area Sales Manager

As a key member of the IDEXX team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the UK and Ireland markets. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Provide training and support to field agents and milk recording organizations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven sales and business development experience in the veterinary or dairy farming industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Fluency in business English
