Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing the area and sales strategy to support our overall business vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets for your territory and develop a specification program on area
  • Deal efficiently and professionally with incoming sales enquiries
  • Provide onsite technical support and advice while working closely with our technical sales team
  • Work closely and professionally with all internal sales, operations, and technical offices
  • Generate quotations via CRM and in partnership with sales office/technical sales
  • Deal with customer technical product queries by telephone and on site
  • Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers at multiple levels within the distribution network
  • Play a key role in developing the relationship between internal and external sales teams
  • Set up clear sales plans and initiatives at all levels with key customers
  • Prepare and present performance reports and presentations on territory performance
  • Work with marketing on customer campaigns, national campaigns, and sales initiatives
Requirements
  • A full driving licence
  • Proven experience in a similar role or extensive field-based sales experience
  • Proven sales skills
