About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and appoint contractors to complete statutory requirements, such as fire safety and electrical checks.
  • Supervise cleaning operations and ensure the facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure all statutory checks are managed and recorded.
  • Manage contractors and schedules to ensure timely completion of works.
  • Oversee the facilities budget and negotiate quotations to achieve best value.
  • Support the EHS function with audits and inspections of the facility.
  • Assist with waste management and documentation.
  • Develop and review critical FM processes.
  • Support supply chain management and procurement.
Requirements
  • Experience in a facilities management role or similar position.
  • Qualifications in FM, business process, or property management advantageous.
  • Ability to support security arrangements for the site.
  • L8 LCA8000 Tasks for Technicians (routine water/legionella safety monitoring) advantageous but training will be given.
  • Certified PAT tester advantageous but training will be given.
  • Excellent document management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Confident with Microsoft and third-party applications.
  • Ability to work to tight timescales and prioritize workload.
  • Confident to work with subcontractors and minimize costs.
