Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Guidant Global Careers. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for coordinating facilities management activities, acting as the customer interface, and driving actions and updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with facilities site managers and building custodians to develop and implement effective site/building process confirmation routines and action follow-up procedures.
  • Manage action recording and timely follow-up with wider business areas on facilities management topics.
  • Act as the primary interface for facilities management at local business level working groups.
  • Provide support to facilities site managers in managing reactive/unplanned daily issues across the plant.
  • Support facilities site managers and Environmental, Health & Safety Controllers on Environmental, Health & Safety topics requiring action/improvement, acting as a coordinator when required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in facility management or building & construction, preferably in a factory/production facility.
  • Effective communication skills, strong customer relations, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Dynamic problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications

Previous experience in Airbus, familiarity with Airbus processes, and relevant HSE regulations are highly desirable.
